1. What kind of clients do you serve?

SafeBooks serves service-based small and medium sized businesses. We work with QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting systems. We do not work with businesses that manage inventory.

2. Where are you located?

We're located in Jamestown, NC. However, because SafeBooks is a 100% virtual business, we're able to serve clients all over the country.

3. Do you prepare taxes?

We prepare business tax returns for sole proprietorships, LLCs, partnerships and S-corps. We only prepare personal taxes for those clients for whom we prepare business taxes.

4. What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the nature and complexity of your business. Cleanup projects and bookkeeping packages are quoted on a custom basis. Monthly bookkeeping starts at $375. All services require a Diagnostic Review to determine scope, which costs $275.

5. What do I, as the businessowner, have to do each month?

If you fully outsource your bookkeeping to SafeBooks, not very much! We provide a bank-level secure portal for uploading statements, documents and receipts as they come throughout the month. We utilize Uncat, that make it easy and convenient for you to help with any uncategorized transactions. We will set a recurring monthly meeting to review your business & books, but you have the option to receive your business review via Loom video. We meet with Advisory clients on a weekly basis.
